Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and coordinate introductions to the appropriate tax professional. This on-site role calls for strong customer service, multitasking, and an organized approach in a fast-paced office environment.

You will schedule clients, assist them in person, by phone, or virtually, and help ensure all needs are met while maintaining a clean, organized workspace with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
