CityVet is hiring a Client Service Specialist (CSS Associate) to be the first point of contact for clients, on the phone or in person. You will help manage schedules, greet clients, and help coordinate care, grooming, and boarding with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• Strong client-service orientation and empathy for both clients and pets.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and bookings for grooming, clinics, and boarding.
• Greet clients, assist with check-in, communicate delays, and ensure a smooth lobby experience.
• Prioritize and communicate patient needs for vaccines, wellness, parasite care, and retail services.
• Provide a friendly, welcoming environment for clients entering the clinic.
