CityVet Midtown is hiring a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone and in-clinic interactions with a friendly, professional approach.

As CSS Associate, you will handle appointment check-ins, schedule new visits, coordinate discharge information, greet clients, and support the team to maintain an efficient flow. Minimum age 18 is required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments, educate clients and triage lobby needs.
• Greet and welcome all clients, check in patients and inform about delays.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
