• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Consistently represent the company to all customers as a team member in a professional manner.
• Enhance department/company reputation by demonstrating a team mentality to internal and external customers.
• Enhance and develop opportunities to engage customers.
• Inform customers of quote/order status in a timely and proactive manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely shipment of all customer orders.
• Maintain a high quality of service by monitoring standards; Ability to successfully resolve customer complaints/issues by investigating issues and composing responses.
