Weed Man Louisville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing lawn care team. This full-time, remote role involves answering calls, texts, and emails, coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers, and processing a high volume of customer inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, excellent phone and organizational skills, and comfort with multitasking and data entry.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
