Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role in Louisville. You will work with Sales, Technical and Administrative teams to handle a high volume of calls, texts and emails, answering questions and resolving issues while promoting sales opportunities.

• Assist with collecting accounts receivable and verifying customer information.
• Support phone sales and verify data accuracy during interactions.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
