Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role. You will work with Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams to manage duties, handle a high volume of incoming calls, and assist customers by phone, text, and email.

Excellent phone and organizational skills are essential, along with strong computer abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment. Prior customer service experience is required.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
