Job summary

Weed Man Louisville is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing lawn care team. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email, and coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to ensure timely resolution and service excellence.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage with a bonus program, remote work from home, and full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of inbound calls and address callers' needs.
• Interact with customers by phone, text, and email to answer questions and resolve concerns.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
