Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, fully remote role with standard hours, Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm, at $16–$17 per hour.

You will coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers to handle inquiries, process tasks, answer calls, texts and emails, verify customer data, collect accounts receivable, and promote phone sales. Prior customer service experience is required.

• Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must.
• Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, and keen attention to detail are required for our fast-paced office.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process duties.
• Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls and address caller needs.
• Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, verify information, and make phone sales.
• Possibly collect accounts receivable and verify customer information.
