Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a competitive hourly salary of $16–$17 and a bonus program.

The position involves supporting Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams while handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, excellent phone and organizational skills, and strong computer literacy.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
