Job summary

Weed Man Louisville is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm, with a competitive salary of $16–$17 per hour and a bonus program.

You will support sales, technical, and administrative teams while assisting customers by phone, text, and email. Strong communication, organizational skills, and comfortable with multitasking are essential in a fast-paced office environment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must.
• Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process duties with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries.
• Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify information, and make phone sales.
