H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Ideal candidates have previous customer service experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can multitask while staying organized.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
