You will schedule appointments, ensure needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, and keep the office organized with the team. Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as requested by them.
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
