Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-the-job experience within the building technology industry.
• Engineering HVAC or Building Automation systems experience.
• Experience managing service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring service programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and fleet-vehicle eligibility.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreements, driving a financial target and customer satisfaction.
• Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
• Develop account strategies to meet the customer’s business goals using the full service portfolio.
• Create service delivery plans with the customer for scope of work.
• Identify needs and recommend service additions, upgrades, or escalations.
• Support master scheduling for service delivery and renewals; ensure quality control.
