• Manage assigned service agreements and drive financial targets and customer satisfaction.
• Balance on-site customer interactions with back-office responsibilities.
• Develop account strategies leveraging Siemens full service and product portfolio.
• Develop service delivery plans and define scope of work with customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose adds, upgrades, and escalations.
