Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving toward financial targets and high customer satisfaction
• Balance on-site interactions with back-office responsibilities
• Develop account strategies to achieve customer goals using the full service and product portfolio
• Create service delivery plans with customers for scope of work
• Identify needs and recommend service adds, upgrades, or escalations
• Contribute to master scheduling and lead quality assurance for renewals
• Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
