Responsibilities include balancing on-site client interactions with back-office tasks, crafting account strategies, and leading scheduling and QA activities to support renewals while maintaining strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Building Technology or related fields.
• Experience managing service agreements or maintenance contracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreement accounts to hit financial targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Balance on-site customer interactions with back-office duties.
• Develop account strategies using the full service and product portfolio.
• Create service delivery plans and scope of work with the customer.
• Identify needs and recommend adds, upgrades, or escalations.
• Lead master scheduling and QA activities to support renewals.
• Maintain strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
