Job summary

Siemens in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a Client Service Manager to oversee service agreements, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction across the Harrisburg area. You will split time between on-site client interactions and back-office work, develop account strategies using the full Siemens service and product portfolio, and coordinate service delivery plans.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in fire, security or building tech, NICET or degrees, and a proven record of trusted-advisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
• 3+ years of on-the-job experience in the Building Technology industry.
• Experience engineering Fire Alarm systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and fleet-vehicle eligibility.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and customer satisfaction.
• Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
• Develop account strategies to achieve the customer’s business goals using Siemens’ service and product portfolio.
• Develop service delivery plans with the customer to define the scope of work.
• Identify customer needs and recommend service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations.
• Participate in master scheduling to deliver service and lead quality assurance for renewals.
• Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
