Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Building Automation Service Specialist to support our Houston-area clients. The role focuses on service agreement maintenance, project work, and on-call service for automation systems.

You will engage with customers on energy-saving workflows, perform diagnostics, and deliver system startups and turnovers. The position emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration across service teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics of building automation systems.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking.
• Engineering concepts, startup, checkout, and troubleshooting.
• Able to work in various environments and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Siemens fleet program.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training as outlined in the path.
• Maintain service ticket documentation and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and manage on-call duties.
