Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a hands-on on-site account leader to manage a designated customer account, align with site policies, and drive service, staffing, and profitability.

You will lead the site services team, ensure compliance with standards, develop strong client relationships, and coordinate with administrators to meet deadlines and quality goals.

This full-time role requires 5 years of related experience, a degree, and the ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full‑time employees; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must obtain security/clearances to access customer premises.
• Single Site Responsibility may require minimal travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record).
• Multiple Site Responsibility may require up to 15% travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow processes and ensure on-time completion of jobs and deadlines.
• Supervise site personnel and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and manage relationships with daily and senior level administrators.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to manufacturer specs.
