Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant business experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; proactive learner.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use approved AI tools to support routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for client requests and liaise between clients and internal MetLife teams to provide consultative solutions and drive issue resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and responsiveness to client needs.
• Lead and participate in client- and internal-facing presentations and strategic planning processes.
• Establish processes and reports, review contract documents, create process manuals, and ensure accurate data input in MetLife systems.
• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives with internal partners to support successful outcomes.
