Job summary

MetLife in Bloomington, MN, invites you to join the Group Benefits team as a Client Service Consultant (CSC) after a structured 4-month training program. You’ll deliver administrative and client service to group insurance customers, while growing product knowledge and service excellence.

You’ll collaborate with brokers and internal partners, develop expertise in life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits, and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience for 55,000 customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Autonomy with multitasking and deadline management.
• General understanding of U.S. employee benefits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Complete required MetLife training programs, including graduation from the Service Academy Program.
• Partner with a mentor to gain knowledge of MetLife products, services, platforms and relationships.
• Develop expertise in group benefits offerings, systems and service processes.
• Strengthen competencies in customer service, communication, project management and problem-solving.
• Support customer accounts by collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to operations through audits, planning, reporting and trend analysis with AI tool support.
