Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure each visit is friendly and efficient.

This fast-paced, customer-focused role requires strong organization, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position is onsite at multiple Indiana locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
