Guidepoint is seeking a Client Service Associate in a hybrid role based in the San Francisco area. You will recruit experts, conduct outreach, and tailor researcher matches to client needs while managing multiple requests and maintaining high-quality profiles.

You will use AI-enabled tools to research and organize information, communicating clearly with clients and teammates. Strong judgment, time management, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research and writing.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly with data quality and confidentiality.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s global network.
• Lead cold outreach and screening conversations with experts.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with tight deadlines.
• Prepare high-quality profiles for client consideration.
• Engage senior professionals by phone and build rapport.
