Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a friendly Client Service Associate (CSA) to serve customers in office locations around Greenville and East Tennessee. You will greet clients, confirm appointments, guide them through wait times, and distribute marketing materials to keep them informed and engaged.

Experience is not required and paid training is provided. This is an in-person, seasonal full- and part-time role with flexible scheduling and potential for advancement into tax-pro and other

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Client Service Associate (CSA)

Join our team as a Client Service Associate (CSA) and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. We are an independently owned & operated franchise with 29 locations in East Tennessee and 7 in & around the Greenville, South Carolina area. Please note, these are in-person positions, not remote. You can choose the location (or locations) that are most convenient for you. These are seasonal full and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your needs, with opportunity for advancement and year-round work for the right candidates.
