Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. in Tennessee is hiring a Client Service Associate (CSA) to be the friendly face for all who visit our offices, delivering exceptional client experiences and providing essential support.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. We welcome applicants from any work background and offer flexible seasonal schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Please note, these positions are all in person and are not remote. You will be working onsite from one of our locations. We have 29 locations in East TN and 7 in the upstate SC area. You can choose the location (or locations) that are most convenient for you. We have seasonal full and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.
