Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a friendly Client Service Associate (CSA) to greet clients and ensure a positive, efficient experience at our offices.

You will actively engage with customers, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait. These in-person roles are seasonal, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement across East Tennessee locations and nearby Greenville, SC areas.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role

We are an independently owned & operated franchise with 29 locations in East Tennessee and 7 in & around the Greenville, South Carolina area. Please note, these are in-person positions, not remote. You can choose the location (or locations) that are most convenient for you. These are seasonal full and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your needs, with opportunity for advancement and year-round work for the right candidates.
