Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is hiring a Client Service Associate (CSA) to be the friendly face for clients at our East Tennessee offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with potential customers, and support the office team in a welcoming, service-oriented environment.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. You will distribute marketing materials, keep clients engaged during wait times, and have opportunities for advancement with flexible
