Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to welcome clients, confirm appointments, and provide essential support in our offices across East Tennessee and the Greenville, SC area.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. This in-person role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences and distributing marketing materials during wait times.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required.

We are an independently owned & operated franchise with 29 locations in East Tennessee and 7 in & around the Greenville, South Carolina area. Please note, these are in-person positions, not remote. You can choose the location (or locations) that are most convenient for you. These are seasonal full and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your needs, with opportunity for advancement and year-round work for the right candidates.
