You will drive scheduling, client relations, and incident response while ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality protection for people and property. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in security management or operations.
• Ability to lead teams and build client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web apps.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve conflicts.
• Strong cost management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory of uniforms and equipment.
