Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
• Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians to customer and service needs.
• Communicates the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
• Ensures work meets customer expectations and follows up as needed.
• Answers customer inquiries and resolves or escalates issues as appropriate.
• Debriefs activities daily and maintains schedules for technicians.
• Maintains up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Assists with time and expense reporting and timesheet accuracy.
