Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience in sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multitask and travel as needed.
• Weekend/extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service in person and on the phone to develop and expand client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions and refer to internal specialists when needed.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as required.
• Meet or exceed branch sales and service targets through consultative conversations.
