Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and resolve issues while promoting sales.
• Help meet client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Consult with clients and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines.
• Improve product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Provide courteous service and assist with teller transactions as needed.
