Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage advanced banking solutions to assist clients.

You will take a leading role in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using your financial knowledge to propose thoughtful, tailored solutions that address their needs and improve their lives. The position requires delivering excellent service, working within branch hours including weekends and some evenings,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum or obtainable within 180 days of hire.

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for 24/7 access.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
