Job summary

You will provide hospitality and tailored product recommendations to meet clients' financial needs. The role requires strong sales and service skills, ability to work with a variety of clients, and flexibility for branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk/tolerance and complete required training.
• Weekend/evening availability for branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

SIE exam and FINRA Series 6

State registration and Life licenses

College degree (preferred)
