Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using modern banking solutions and a consultative approach to meet financial needs.

You will help clients navigate technology, share product knowledge, and collaborate with a team to deliver tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• High level of client-focused service and ability to tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Must meet branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients to use technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products quickly and consult with the team of experts to address financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
