• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for senior management and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Claims business unit and its staff; analyze data and reports to meet goals.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage costs within budget.
• Coordinate training, staffing and development plans for the unit; support company initiatives.
