Job summary

Aflac, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a talented Recruiting Lead to help build and optimize the sales recruiting function across the Columbus, GA area. You will partner with leadership to design strategies, deliver training, analyze trends, and drive hiring results for a growing insurance sales organization.

The role requires strong communication, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; hybrid or remote work options apply based on location within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or sales-related roles.
• Sales experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies with sales leadership to build capabilities across territories.
• Deliver recruiting-related training for territory, markets and regions.
• Develop forecasting and scenario analyses for sales recruiting and report results to leadership.
• Present recruiting trends to leadership using visuals to drive performance toward objectives.
• Collaborate with Distribution VP, Market Directors, and Regional Sales Coordinators to meet recruiting goals.
• Analyze recruiting activities and forecast trends; integrate insights into recruiting strategies.
• Support recruiting technologies and analytics with internal partners.
