• Manages and reconciles suspense accounts and coordinates with internal and external partners.
• Conducts premium payment audits and reports the financial status of group accounts.
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve billing issues and communicate findings.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
