Join to apply for the Client Relationship Management Analyst role at Pearson

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering agreed recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the tests of choice within institutions. They work with institutions to raise the profile of PTE and related testing products, building brand awareness and demand for English language tests within their territory.

The Client Relationships Manager will also collaborate with ELL colleagues globally to drive activity between sending and receiving markets. They represent the interests of the US in product development and provide market information to the business.

This is a remote/home-based position with approximately 25% travel, including visits to college campuses and national meetings. Please note that we do not offer relocation packages for this position. The ideal candidate should be based in or around:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a tactical plan across higher education institutions within the territory to secure endorsement/use of the PTE portfolio.
  2. Build and manage relationships with Admissions Offices, International Offices, and other university leaders to increase awareness and endorsement of the PTE portfolio.
  3. Use sales and influencing skills to develop university and college relationships, demonstrating benefits of the PTE portfolio.
  4. Employ campus visits and virtual campus days to connect with faculty/staff, employing effective consultative sales techniques.
  5. Proactively position the PTE portfolio and expand brand and product awareness with external stakeholders.
  6. Showcase the PTE portfolio at industry conferences, forums, and events.
  7. Organize workshops and seminars on English language testing to support universities and colleges.
  8. Stay informed about developments in higher education, competitor activity, and Pearson products.
  9. Collaborate with key sending regions to grow US-bound test takers.
  10. Support universities and colleges with score verification, recruitment, and admissions.
  11. Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
  12. Deliver effective presentations via conferences, webinars, or social platforms.
  13. Understand market dynamics and how our value proposition benefits customers and stakeholders.
  14. Prioritize customer needs and promote teamwork.
