The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the preferred choice within institutions. They will work to raise the profile of PTE and related testing products, building brand awareness and demand for English language tests within their territory.
This role involves collaboration with global ELL colleagues to drive activity between sending and receiving markets, representing US interests in product development, and providing market insights to the business.
This is a remote/home-based position with approximately 25% travel, including visits to college campuses and national meetings. Note that Pearson does not offer relocation packages for this role. The ideal candidate should be based in or near:

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tactical plan across higher education institutions within the territory to secure endorsement, use, and recognition of the PTE portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with Admissions Offices, International Offices, and university leaders to increase awareness and endorsement of the PTE portfolio.
- Use sales and influencing skills to develop university and college relationships, demonstrating the benefits of the PTE portfolio.
- Engage with faculty/staff through campus visits and virtual events, employing effective consultative sales techniques.
- Expand brand and product awareness with external stakeholders, including education associations and recruiting agents.
- Represent the PTE portfolio at industry conferences, forums, and events.
- Support universities through workshops and seminars on English language testing.
- Stay informed on developments in higher education, competitor activity, and Pearson products.
- Collaborate with key regions to grow US-bound test takers.
- Assist universities with score verification, recruitment, and admissions processes.
- Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in Salesforce (OneCRM).
- Demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills effectively.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, webinars, and social platforms.
- Understand market dynamics and competitive positioning to articulate our value proposition.
- Prioritize customer needs and promote teamwork.
