The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the tests of choice within institutions. They work with institutions to raise the profile of PTE and related testing products, building brand awareness and demand for English language tests within their territory.
The Client Relationships Manager collaborates with ELL colleagues globally to drive activity between sending and receiving markets. They represent the interests of the US in product development and provide market information to the business.
