The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering recognition targets and positioning the PTE suite of tests as the preferred choice within institutions. This involves working with institutions to raise the profile of PTE and related products, building brand awareness, and increasing demand for English language tests in their territory.
The role also includes collaborating with global colleagues to drive activity between sending and receiving markets, representing US interests in product development, and providing market insights.
This is a remote/home-based position with approximately 25% travel, including visits to college campuses and national meetings. Please note that relocation packages are not offered. The ideal candidate should be based in or around:

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans within higher education institutions to promote the PTE portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with university staff to secure awareness and endorsement of PTE.
- Use sales and influencing skills to demonstrate the benefits of PTE portfolio to universities and colleges.
- Engage with faculty and staff through campus visits and virtual events, employing consultative sales techniques.
- Expand brand and product awareness among external stakeholders such as education associations and recruiting agents.
- Represent PTE at industry conferences, forums, and events.
- Support universities through workshops and seminars on English language testing.
- Stay informed about developments in higher education, competitors, and Pearson products.
- Collaborate with key regions to grow US-bound test takers.
- Assist universities with score verification, recruitment, and admissions processes.
- Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting in Salesforce (OneCRM).
- Deliver presentations at conferences, webinars, and social platforms.
- Understand market dynamics and how our value proposition benefits customers.
- Prioritize customer needs, promote teamwork, and demonstrate professionalism.
