Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Identify solutions tailored to client goals with a digital-first approach.
• Collaborate with branch teams to serve clients efficiently.
