Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, process accounts, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while leveraging digital tools.

Role requires NMLS registration and adherence to safety standards; you will collaborate with branch teams to deliver accurate service and financial guidance daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, engaging them via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products to meet financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence.
