Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Assess and address customers’ banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies and promote a digital-first mindset.
