You will educate clients on deposit and loan products, open accounts, and process service requests while leveraging digital tools to enhance the client experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
