Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients across multiple channels (in person, by appointment, virtual).
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and educate clients on digital self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
