Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to deliver exceptional hospitality and trusted financial guidance.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging digital tools to enhance service and sales opportunities. Responsibilities include in-person and phone engagement, understanding client needs, and coordinating with specialists to address complex financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail; provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs when and where they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
