Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is looking for a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to embody our hospitality and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will build lasting relationships and tailor solutions using Chase's banking tools in a welcoming, high-service environment.

Requirements include 1+ year in retail banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to handle regulatory requirements with licensing within 180 days. On-site in Hermosa Beach, CA; some weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, 63, and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
